Subject: what teams are these? (indoor football)

The caption refers to this being a game last year between the Jacksonville Sharks and Georgia Force of the arena football league, but I believe that the caption is inaccurate. The red helmet appears to have a different logo than the shark, and also appear to have some black "airbrushing" (like the old San Diego State helmet). The Force have not used silver helmets in recent years, to the best of my knowledge.

Photobucket
The team with the silver helmet looks like the Columbus Lions of the AIFA / PIFL. Klaus Gebhard has a good side view of the helmet on his site.

Not sure on the other team. Still searching.

It looks like the red team's jerseys say "Speed" on the front, which could be the Carolina Speed from that league. However, Klaus only has them in tan helmets on his site.

The logo looks extremely similar as well, just a different shell color.

Correct. That is the Carolina Speed (red) Vs. Columbus Lions (silver) from a 2009 AIFA game. The airbrushing is very similar to SDSU.

thanks for clarifying!

It's surprising how often I see football photographs with incorrect captions (mislabeled teams, players, dates, etc).
