Here's a communication I received from Northwestern Oklahoma State:

Don,

All NWOSU sport programs are playing a comprehensive GAC schedule starting fall 2012, with the exception of football. Football will begin in fall 2013.

We do have 6 of our 2012 football games versus GAC opponents, but they do not count as GAC contests.

So NWOS should not be included in Central States. Whether they should be considered Division II Independent or NAIA Independent is moot, but most of their games are in Divsion II.
