I saw what I thought was an interesting helmet concept for Penn State: It had the traditional white helmet, blue facemask, blue stripe, but added a blue ribbon on each side for child abuse victims.

I'd be very surprised to see them use such a design, since that whole mess is what they're trying to get past, but it would be a very courageous and noble gesture and would (I think) generate an enormous amount of respect for the university and its football program.
