No more so than any of hundreds of other helmets I'd add to the site, if I had time to do so.

As I recall, there was a question about whether the red stripes were present on that helmet, and no clear photographic evidence had yet been provided.

you never said that the picture was not clear to you it is clear to me that the red stripe was present in the 83 team photo wished you had wrote that before.

so besides the red stripe question is there any others concerns/questions about the 83 helment for the express?

could at least list on the usfl page the imagine you have is only the 1984-85 design and put a ? helmet for 1983.

No, that was my only remaining uncertainty about that one. The left vs right logo situation was clarified recently, but I have not seen any photographs or video that I thought was conclusive.

There are some pretty good views of the helmet at 2:04 and 2:21 in this video:

but I cannot detect any trace of red on the helmet, or on the uniforms - I would think they'd have some red on the uniforms somewhere if there was red on the helmet. The video is pretty grainy, though.

Actually I should say "burgundy" instead of "red", because that was apparently the color used by the team. It's probably a fairly dark shade so a really clear photograph would likely be necessary to distinguish that color from the blue stripe. It is detectable in some photographs from the 1984 season (e.g. http://fs64sports.blogspot.com/2012/06/1984-big-plays-propel-express-past.html ).
