To the best of my knowledge it would be (disregarding stuff like the "Lingerie Football League"). I'm quite certain no college football team has ever used pink to any substantial degree beyond the various Breast Cancer Awareness stuff that has appeared during the last couple of years.
There are a couple of teams that use "magenta" as a team color, and magenta comes pretty close to being what I consider "pink". The Southern California Sun of the World Football League used magenta, and Muskingum College in Ohio still claims magenta as a team color, though they now interpret it pretty much as red. Perhaps there is some undocumented old Muskingum helmet that actually had a "magenta"-colored shell that was sort of borderline pinkish in color. I have received very little historical information for that team.
