Subject: Chicago College All-Star Game

From 1934 to 1976 (except 1974), there was a preseason exhibition game in Chicago between the defending NFL champions (or the Super Bowl champions, from 1967 onward) and a team of college seniors from the previous season (so, players that were going into their rookie season in the NFL). I figured it might be worthwhile to create images for the All-Stars' helmets for the time frame covered by this site, perhaps adding them to the page that already has the old Pro Bowl helmets.

Here are a few images from these games. It looks like there were several similar helmets used over the years: usually a white shell with a gray facemask and one or two blue stripes. The sides of the helmets were blank in some years. Other years, there were were three red stars and/or blue numerals on each side.
