So the retro helmets were used during week three, and now (week five) they're being used again - is that correct? Apparently the teams are all using them collectively during certain weekends, and using their "normal" helmet designs during the other weeks?

Week three was the retro week. Teams have the option to use them on other weekends.

Here's a schedule of this year's CFL Retro Games:

Week 3 - Thurs July 16 BC @ EDM 7:00 9:00 TSN
