The FBS ones for 2012 are:

South Alabama - Sun Belt
Massachusetts - MAC
Texas San Antonio - WAC
Texas State - WAC
Hawaii - Mountain West
Fresno State - Mountain West
Nevada - Mountain West
TCU - Big 12
West Virginia - Big 12
Texas A&M - SEC
Missouri - SEC

Pitt and Syracuse will play in the Big East through the 2013 season.

The FCS ones are:

Cal Poly - Big Sky
UC Davis - Big Sky
Southern Utah - Big Sky
North Dakota - Big Sky
South Dakota - Missouri Valley
Georgia State - CAA

Plus the four moving from FCS to FBS.

The Great West folds as a football conference. Pending moves for 2013 include Stetson and Mercer joining the Pioneer League, Rhode Island joining the NEC, and Charlotte beginning play as an independent. In 2014, Houston Baptist will join the Southland, and Kennesaw State will begin play (likely as an independent at first).
