Subject: D2 Super-Regions

I notice in D3 you have the conferences sorted by region. Is there any thought in similarly dividing up the D2 side menu into super-regions, especially as the D2 playoffs are actually divided by super-region (unlike the D3 playoffs, which are a national bracket)? The super-regions are as follows:

SR1: GMAC, MEC, NE-10, PSAC
SR2: CIAA, GSC, SAC, SIAC
SR3: GAC, GLIAC, GLVC, MIAA
SR4: GNAC, LSC, NSIC, RMAC

D-III actually does divide its athletic teams into regions for scheduling and playoff seeding purposes so that is from the D-III end and not done by Charles.

That's not correct. D3 has regional advisory committees that rank teams within their regions, but the playoff is not composed of an equal number of teams from each region (as it is in D2), nor is the playoff bracket divided into regionally isolated quadrants (as it is in D2). Compare the 2017 D3 bracket which has inter-regional first round matchups such as Mt. Union vs. Washington & Lee (N vs. S), Hardin-Simmons vs. Linfield (S vs. W), and St. John's vs. North Central (W vs. N), with the D2 bracket which is explicitly segregated by super-region.

I'm aware that the D3 regions come from the NCAA. So do the D2 super-regions, hence my suggestion that the sidebar similarly reflect the regional categorization that exists in D2.
