That's great; were they really able to find color photographs from every game back to 1945? That amazes me.

I don't believe they have color photos for earlier games (40s-50s) but had clear enough photos to make approximations - on their blog they noted that a bunch of older Canadian newspapers had been digitized recently which really helped.
