Fixed the post for you.

The Lakers would be a provisional member in 2023 if they get accepted into the D-II membership process at that time.

If they get accepted, the school becomes a provisional member of the GLIAC and (this is important) stays in the NAIA for that season (This means they'll be in the MSFA for at least another season). In 2024, they'll move to Division II and the GLIAC and become an official member in 2026.
