So that's a new design for Michigan - the team's first since the mid-1970s.

To No name, We wonder if you consider you all teams that have numbers on their helmets and uniform sleeves as redundant or are you attacking our undefeated Wolverines?

I do. Trust me, I am not attacking Michigan as I've been a Michigan fan since the first grade. Just because I do not like the helmet numbers doesn't mean I'm attacking the Wolverines. I also hated the last two sets of road jerseys. The new ones are better, but I still wish all of the yellow piping was gone.

Wisconsin alum speaking up on this one. I LIKE the numbers on the helmets, although there's something about their size/placement that bugs me as I watch them. I'm not sure what it is.
