The "Army West Point" name has the oppossite, unintended effect on me. It makes they sound like a second-tier satellite campus, like UC Santa Barbara or Umass-Lowell. People with an IQ over 80 will probably know that Army is located at West Point, but the typical dumb dumb football fan may think "oh, this is a new satellite campus?". Stupid decision.

I do have some doubts that that name will catch on - it seems cumbersome to me.

But I noticed that the Patriot League has Army listed in the current conference baseball standings as "Army West Point", so I guess I will change the website to reflect the new name.

I might change it back if there are enough complaints.
