These are the California schools that I am seeing popping up all over the place in news articles or talk from some students from schools.

Cal.-Irvine FCS then FBS Possible
St. Mary's FCs Pioneer League Long shot
cal.-Santa Barbara FCS Long Shot
Pacific FCS Long shot
Northridge State FCS possible FBS in the future.
Fullerton State same with Northridge
Long Beach State same as above.
Santa Clara long shot but possible.
Cal.-Riverside article in the local paper a few years back say they could not afford it, but in the future they could. Long shot, but possible.
Loyola Marymount had a club team and with the track record of club teams turned into varsity sport.
Pepperdine long shot

Cal.-San Diego possible and could go to D1.
Cal. Poly, Pomona could readd football in the future, but not now according to the article.
Chico State possible.
San Bernardino State possible, but be a few years down the road.
Sonomo State, possible.

The other 2 you mentioned no word.
