It is just talk for conservations issues. Sometimes speculations of thoughts and opinions about conference changes and all that do give ideas and all that do give ideas. I mentioned something on a comment section for the Sun Belt article about Sun Belt Conference should look at a list of schools that I had including Tenn.-Chattanooga to replace Middle Tennessee State since Chattanooga is a big TV market, and a few months later, there was a news article that Tenn.-Chattanooga do not have the funds to upgrade to FBS after Benson approached them.
Like UALR could add football in the future so that the Little business men can have more games play at War Memorial Stadium since they lost a lot of business when Arkansas dropped several games from playing there. The issue I have read about these law makers brought Utah into the PAC 12. Law makers in texas wants Houston into the Big 12. Texas-Permian Basin got the go ahead to add football as well because of political issues. There could be some political issues to get some more public schools to add football or to upgrade to D1 FBS or FCS levels. It would be a good idea to help ease the cost of travel for everybody if there were more schools closer by since the cost of travel is hurting fans where they are not going to the games. There are a lot of empty seats right now. The power 5 conference is shooting themselves in the foot with what they are doing.
