Smoker, your concern about the team not crashing the boards is a function of being a total perimeter team. Nobody is in position to get inside and crash because when the shot goes up you usually have 3-4 people at or above the free throw line extended.
Also, when you are a true rebounder you know the angles of shots and where you need to be to be in the best percentage position to get the rebound. Couple this with the fact that rebounding is a function of desire and hustle, two things lacking in this squad, and you have your answer. At least from my standpoint.
