I'll admit I overreacted. You have every right to give your opinion. I just prefer an educated one, and it seemed you were stepping into territory where you are not familiar.

(By the way, I have a sister, but I would recommend going to Southern Utah where it's legal to marry 18 wives. Niiiice.) Anyway, sorry to fly off the handle with you. But...

This comment strikes me:
My comment was more about how unacceptable "giving more effort" is as a strategy for turning things around, especially the dismal shooting and free throw percentages (2nd to last in league play). I mean, are the shots not reaching the basket?

Now, is effort limited to games? I'm not seeing results, which leads me to believe we don't have the effort during practice or on our own time. In DI basketball, the effort it takes to perform at a high level is not limited to 40 minutes.

Nonetheless, I never questioned the effort of the team. These are college athletes, and although I am disappointed in their level of play, they are STUDENT athletes...student before the athlete. I just hope their grades are good.
