Sounds like the thinking was, "Let's advertise on the biggest sports station, after all we're advertising sports, aren't we?". The sad part was on some of these news updates that were being sponsored and they listed the local games that night, they DIDN'T include the Valpo game! I would've been all over that station, but I doubt if the people who PLACED those spots actually listen to the station. Before I say for sure that the money could've been better spent, I would need to know what else was done in the area of tickets and promotions.
