You are certainly right in saying NW Indiana is target #1 above Chicago, but Chicago is #2. Has anyone at VU ever
mailed ticket offers, promos, or pub to either group of alumni??? Bizarre.
Anyway, since this is Oakland's board, I will say that Oakland has similar issue of targeting Oakland Co. only or all of metro Detroit. For them, it's an easy call. Oakland Co. has 1 million people and 4th highest income in USA. Porter Co. has 100,000 people and good, but not great income. LAKE CO., Indiana, with 400,000 people and not a lot to do at night, at least safely with a family, is where VU should be aiming. Do they?
