Oakland got hurt badly on the glass, X had way too many off rebs and 2nd chance points. The quickness/speed on both sides was fairly even, but X had too much active muscle up front, only Scott and (sometimes) Hopes were trying to rebound. Doubt if any Mid-Con team has that kind of rebounding. Sato was hounded by Marshall into a poor game (and vice versa), and Helms' shot selection was sometimes questionable, but understandable with his ability to score. Remember, he's only 6'1" and against a good A-10 team, he's going to encounter more resistance than in the Mid-Con. By the way, Hopes at 6'8", 277 lbs., is much improved and is perfect coming off the bench. That 13-0 X burst, helped by a couple of rushed shots, was the difference, but still a good trip for OU.
