Subject: Different Stocking and a few other things

I got this link in a news letter and as I love Babushka dolls this caught my eye.

Yes, that was different. I think the skull/skeleton stuff is because some people are into 'gothic'.

Her 'hanging with the ancestors' reminded me of something I did years ago for my children when they were young. I photocopied pictures of my direct line ancestors on both sides, encased the pix in clear vinyl which I crocheted around. Each couple was done in the same color for easy matching of who was married to whom. then I put pertinent info about them on the back: name, birthdate, whom they married & their connection to me. I called it my 'Ances-Tree'. I will have to find the old ornies & show the grands now. (((hugs)))

Nope no skulls for my stockings. I do like the other one tho.
