Subject: craft show question

i am planning on doing a craft show in november. i am looking for ideas on how to set up. i know a great display brings in customers. any ideas? i plan on having pavers, ornaments, aprons, pillowcases and some jewelry. anybody have any ideas on how to display the jewelry? the jewelry displays are so expensive!!

Hi, debra,
Daughter and I did a craft show a couple years ago and she had a lot of jewelry to sell. She found a couple sets of old shutters and gave them a kinda primitive coat of white paint. The card she put the jewelry pieces on fit in the slats of the shutters and made a nice display.

Thanks, ladies. That was only a third of our display. I did a live mosaic demonstration along with it. We had a slow couple of days and haven't done it since. I have used a lot of the things I made to include in gifts and silent auction baskets. Anybody need a tic tac toe game? Just kidding.

The above are two sites that have a ton of information on setting up a booth and all kinds of ideas for running one. It does say jewelry - but most of the ideas could be used for any kind of booth.
