Pineapple Sour Cream Pie.
1 pkg (5 1/2 oz) instant vanilla pudding
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple plus juice
2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar. 1 baked crust or graham cracker
whipped topping.
Combine all but the crust and beat slowly for 1 min. Pour into crust and chill for 3 hours. Spread on the whipped topping.

Helen, you may have to change your recipie.... they did to us again.... I was going to make the pie, thinking I had everything.... turns out the 5 1/5 0z package has shrunk to a 4.2 oz.... so may need two of the smaller ones to thicken right.... ginnyp

You have got to be kidding me. I never look at it. I just know it is the small box and that is probably why the last time I made this, it was runny. Thanks for the heads up.
