Subject: Would you like to Share ?

Hi Everyone,
I have enjoyed Pattys Soup Recipe Swap, I was wondering if you would like to start a thread of Dip, Cheese balls, Dessert, or Appetizer Recipes you enjoy for the upcoming Holiday!
Thanks

1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. Chopped Onion
1/2 c. Chopped nuts mixed into the Cheese or roll ball in the nuts (I do not use nuts)

My favorite onion dip is the one on the dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix packages.

My favorite dip is the Velveeta/Ro-tel cheese dip. I usually use the 2 lb pkg of Velveeta to the 1 can of Ro-tel. The recipe is on the Ro-tel can, too.

This is sooooo good!
Patty

Fruit Salsa - Sally Indy (Voy)
1 med apple, diced
1 C crushed pineapple, drained
1 C strawberries, diced
1 T melted apple jelly

Mix ingredients and serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers.

**Patty's notes: I double the recipe using a diced red and a diced green apple and added a diced kiwi. I have used almost-thawed frozen whole strawberries and then, diced them. I've also used fresh strawberries, so either can be used.
I serve with the vanilla wafers or graham crackers. Cinnamon tortilla chips or cinnamon graham crackers sound like they'd be good with it, too, but I haven't tried it that way.

I like the one that is can of chili heated mixed with a pound of melted velveta.
also my niece takes an 8 oz cream cheese and spreads it on a plate and puts a jar of cocktail sauce on top of the cream cheese and a pkg of the crab flakes that you get in the meat dept. You break up the crab and kind of sprinkle on top of the cocktail sauce and serve with ritz crackers. That is really good.

Spicy Hot Dogs
cut hot dogs in quarters. Cut an "X" in each end of the hot dog pieces. Put them in boiling water until the "Xs" are splayed open. Mix 1 cup of BBQ sauce, 3 tlbs of mustard and 5 to 10 drops of tobasco sauce. Mix dogs and sauce together, microwave until hot. Not only are they good, they'll clear up any sinus problems you have with one good whiff.
