Subject: OT Short of breath, blocked nose, but dry, sinus ? allergies ?

Subject: OT Short of breath, blocked dry nose, sinus ? Doctors are confused

Hope someone has had experience with this problem.
I have had this problem for years, worse at thye moment
Nose feels blocked, but nothing to blow.
Short of breath, but had all medical tests for heart etc
Not the problem
Does anyone have a similiar experience owing to allergies or food sensitivities please ?

What you describe are my symptoms for the seasonal allergies I have. Take an antihistamine. If the symptoms are relieved I would say you have an allergy/allergies to something. My husband never was allergic to anything. At 55 he decided to develop all kinds of allergies and now has to carry a puffer with him to help him breathe.

Good luck with figuring it out Fay. My family have this worst in spring, pollen seems to be the culprit.
