Subject: Leave it to the lowly MAAC

To help out all of the bottom feeders. Even winless Delaware, one of the worst in college ball, gets their chance to excell by pounding a pathetic Niagara squad tonight by 20. The Perps are a lot better at going 5 on 1 in the parking lot than on a basketball court. Wonder what the excuse is now that Fishers back? Maybe it's the need to have two balls on the court when he and Brown are on the court at the same time.

Meanwhile, another MAAC stallwart, Rider, is taking their customary licking from a major, losing by 20 to Notre Dame.

Yeah, I guess from all of this, Sienema looks like one of the better low majors the MAAC has to offer.

One of the most impotent of the bottom feeders, this team manages to stink up every game they play in. Not one player has any idea what he should be doing on the court, substitutions are made without any logic, and playing time seems to be assigned to those who have the least clue of what is taking place on the court.

How bad is this team when your leading scorer and second leading rebounder is Michael VanScaick (pardon the spelling, for his sake he probably wishes he was playing for Fairfield under the name of Smith).

Where is Geoff Middleton? At least he looked like a basketball player.......until he got on the court that is.

Excuse me Rider fans (if there actually are some). You didn't lose by only 20, you lost by only 50.

Oh, and by the way, anybody mention that Tennessee State was without their best all around player (Clarence Matthews or something), and second best scorer and rebounder.

Bet he showed up when they upset that Southwestern powerhouse, Prairie View A & M.
