You're information is very bad. I stopped posting about Balamour out of respect for the fact that it is going under and you are trying to sell to Empire golf and go public. Imagine that, Balamor going public.

For those that don't know, Empire golf buys golf courses at well under market value from developers who didn't know shit about how to develop the property to begin with. I guess Barfmour going public would only be confirmation of the status of things going on there.

Trump played the course several weeks ago; he is not buying the course. Trump's casinos are in bankruptcy, so he's going to buy a golf course in the AC area? Are you that dumb?

The concept of adding a golf course property to a casino is a failed concept in AC (see the Hilton-AC Country Club debacle that cost Hilton $11M only to see the club sold and made a public course. The only winner in that transaction was the Frasier Family -- and they deserve to be winners they are great people).

You continually show what others at HC say about you and that bunch of clowns who developed Barfmour -- you don't understand the AC real estate market. By the way, when is the developer breaking ground on the housing to be constructed around Barfmour? Not happening, is it (LOL)

Hidden Creek, like any other golf course, is always for sale. The asking price is $12M

And your membership #s are off again. As you know, last year over 20 members fled your dump of a place to join hidden creek on a 1 year trial membership. About 8 of those members left after the 1 year trial period. That said, memberships remain over 250.

Your comments show that you still remain uninformed of the Jersey landscape. Actually I can excuse, given your lack of meaningful contacts, even before your exile to Virginia.

I found amusing the accounts from those who threatened to sue after Roger appeared to renege on his promise to refund their initial deposits. Fortunately for him, he eventually complied, saving him the embarrassment of seeing this dirt go public.

You obviously know even less of Trump's intentions. His interests go beyond the obvious casino complement. Lacking any financial instincts, you are unable to comprehend the distinctions in corporate entities and how a backruptcy of one has little bearing on another.

Hidden Creek was a very poorly conceived business model from the start. Lacking a strong membership base to begin, and combined with a poor economic climate, the venture was doomed to fail. His overbuilt and oversized clubhouse merely added to the financial burdens he found difficult to overcome. Fortunately for Roger, he has the deep pockets to sustain a big loss. However, for him, his ego will probably suffer the bigger hit.

Ballamor will continue as the premier golf property in the area. If Empire or any other investment group is willing to come up with an attractive offer I'm sure, like any other successful business enterprise, the principals of Ballamor will listen.

On a more personal note, I hope, that as a result of your personal sacrafice for our country, you were able to gain some relief from your own financial burden and poor choice of H.C. Certainly, a Virginia address should make you eminently qualified for a National Membership.
