Sorry, but I can't even accept Frazier. My operative word was "CONSENSUS". Tell me where he ranks on the other sites; Rivals for example.

I do not have a password on it, but he was Five Stars on the Website from what I've been told, thus probably within the parameters of top 300. Furthermore, you have to understand Realist that because of the VERY fickle nature of recruiting it is VERY difficult to have a consensus rating. Many of these "expert sites" are merely based on rumor and biased data.

The only real consensus recruits will be the ones that make news on ESPN. The rest are relegated to the ranks of uncertainty until their program, talent, or both propel them to more exposure.

However, as in the case of Frazier, you can tell his skill level by the fact that he was heavily recruited by Memphis according to his interview in a FALL 06 Buffalo News article, and I am not sure what other schools showed interest to be honest.
