Tony the turd has finally given us some objective insight into the siena season. Turd believes siena is a 10 top mid major this year. Oh boy, cant wait for the great year in loserville.

I see nothing wrong with that prediction. Why shouldn't they be a Top 10 Mid Major?

They have one of the top two PGs in the Conference, the best 2G, the best talent in the MAAC at the 3 and a beast of a soph at the 4 and some serious interchangeable parts at the 5. Who can beat them.

OH and of course the best COACH!!!!!

They will spread the floor on offense and press like carazy on "D" and run, run , run until you submit.

They are going to make Arkansas's old "40 Minutes of Hell" look like a jog in the park.

I'm surprised they're not ranked Top 10 overall in the country.

If they don't go undefeated in the MAAC heads should role in Loudonville.

First off I don't think Siena should be considered a Mid Major, they are being held back by their connection with the MAAC which is well beneath them.

I expect Siena to be ranked atleast in the Top 25 Nationally.

I mean if a team has three straight ROYs they should just be given the MAAC Championship. I mean how could any team compete with that?

Plus, playing in such a formidable and intimidating palace such as the TUC.

I mean I don't know why any other school is going to field a team.

i totally agree with you Pres. its not even worth playing the games if siena is just going to roll over everyone. I wouldnt be surprised if they're playing for the national championship because with their talent it is totally possible.

Fran is a BETTER recruiter than Coach K, Roy Williams, AND Rick Pitino COMBINED.

In fact, it's not really fair for a team as talented as Siena to leave their gem of an arena for the NCAA tourney. So why not just let Albany become the permanent home of the Final Four?

what a great idea!! that way, each year when, not if, they make it they wont have too far to travel. plus it gives them amazing home court advantage because those tarps can be real intimitating

Jokes? Surely you jest. Have you NOT SEE(N) SIENA? I mean Corey Magee could start at Syracuse. Ubiles, Hasbrouck, and Haddix don't even let me start. I am sick of them getting passed over for National Player of the Year.

I mean I KNOW their team is talented but their facility is amazing too, I don't know why St. Joe's and Stanford would schedule essentially automatic losses. I mean those tarps make for a mean home court advantage.

i did check out your championship seasons, and i dont see what you're so excited about.
now correct me if i am wrong but it seems that you have finished first in the MAAC three times since 1990 and have won the championship only twice.
i can see how all of this "success" can lead to such a giant ego

At Siena we are taught in our Psych courses (mandatory for all Saint players and Fans) to have "selective memories" - therefore we wash away any negativity and highlight our successes.

In our mind we are "The Crown Jewel of the MAAC" and our most recent success has been winning the PIG game. Which was coached by one of our super coaches (RL) who left Siena for the ACC.

We are always positive!!!!!!

Selective memory? There's no need for that. Look at how well the teams have performed under Fran, and how packed their palace has been in recent years. I mean it's a shame this conference really holds back their potential.

I know I can't wait to See Siena this year.
