Subject: Why the MAAC got a PIG

90% of MAAC squads had double-digit losses including 4 who approached 20!

The MAAC went a composite 145-167 (.465) but 90 of these wins were against each other's garbage!

Niagara had "impressive" wins vs. Fiarfield, Delaware, St. Peter's, IONA, Binghampton & Valpariso. They also beat Manhattan & Ryder, two programs that even lost to New Jersey Institute.

Sure, I too think that the MAAC should have gotten an invite automatically for a #16 as we were all promised, instead of another "one and your out" qualifier, but the MAAC schedulers played with fire this year & got boirnt. Fix it!

And, why do they have these ridiculous PIGGIES anyway? You make the Tournament or you don't. Period! No seed higher than an 8 (32 teams) has ever won this thing anyway, so why bother? So Florida A&M or the Canadian Criminal Colony will now get the chance to get "in" & play Kansas & lose by 30. Wow, such fun.

Charon feels disrespected but I told him the reason your squad was relegated to the PIG game is because your team is a bunch of animals. To call this team a PIG is being nice. They are a bunch of goons, thugs and punks coached by a drunken, loudmouth punk with no respect for his fellow coaches. It will be entertaining to see them struggle to beat a mediocre Florida A&M and then get bitch slapped by Kansas.

does not belong in the PIG no matter how you slice it, since they are better than 4 other teams, but they were put there so the small black colleges don't feel like they are always put on in the pig. The ncaa is stupid, they decide to screw someone else instead of doing the right thing, they are over-compensating for being politically correct, that committee is a bunch of cowards.
