You really have to hand it to the Baby J's. Once again, in crunch time, no-name Freshman come through with big shots and win another close one.

You really have to wonder what this team could have accomplished if their All-Stars didn't bolt on them. Barry Rohrssen has a nice MAAC career ahead of him.

Yes, you are correct, but the Baby J's still won. Look at the rest of the League. Manhattan was one of the hardest to get hit in the off-season, losing a complete backcourt and their top two players!

Nevertheless, with a bunch of Freshman that no one wanted (Manhattan even lost their TOP RECRUITS TOO!), Rohrssen has already posted double-digit wins and has his team fighting for a top 5 position.

Compared to all the others (just look at Marist!), he's doing a Yeoman's job. Easily, Coach of the Year, even if he gets shut out the rest of the year.

Like him or not, if Loyola win the regular season title, Patsos wins coach of the year. Oh, and thanks for Harvey. haha

Dominated? If I remember correctly, Loyola blew out Manhattan at Draddy by like 30 points! I dont care about individual stats when your team is smoked at home. Harvey is pretty good.

no other player on their roster is any maac all star level, nor any of the recruits coming in next yr.

you beat MC at MC but who won the MC vs. Loyola game at YOUR gym ??? Patsos was made to look the fool by cool hand Rohrssen. You give Mr. Rohrsen a year or two to recruit and Patsos will wish he were an assistant coach again !

Loyola is pretty set for the next 3-4 or so. Patsos is a monster recruiter. Must I remind you, Loyola won ONE game 3 years ago and now are competing for the championship. Get a clue.

there's no need to remind anyone how bad Loyola was. They were the laughing stock of the league for nearly 10 years. We went as far as to draft the dissolution papers to remove you from the league. If not for the fact that you are a decent academic school, you'd be playing in the NEC. Regardless, I'd temper my tongue if I were you until you win something more then a regular season game. A game over 500 is nothing to beat your chest about and Patsos is on the fast track to get out of dodge as fast as he can. He has been spoken to already about tempering his desire to league hop and hopefully he will have the sense to win before he talks as much crap as the fans have been.

there is one program to model yourselves after in this league and it's Iona. hee hee hee hee

Loyola is more than just a decent acadmeic school...best academics in the MAAC.
