I don't know how the guy has survived the last five years - D'Arg that is. We looked at it a year ago, or so, and Siena's athletic department win/loss record for all sports combined in 2003-2004 was something like 81-190 - and the other years ar just as bad. One year, the only teams with a winning record were men's golf and women's soccer. The admin must be happy with D'Arg - he must come in under budget every year.

Siena is having a HUGE sale on tickets for the ridiculous 2nd game against NJIT on Tuesday. $8 tickets - and you can buy as many as you want with the coupon. Well, $8 + a $1 "facility fee" Shouldn't all of the tickets be $8 every game? The $1 "facility fee" gets you a melted ice cream on the floor of your row from the Loyola game last week and urine in the elevators. D'Arg & Co. has people paying $30+ for seats to games....that includes the handling costs.

But only because they choked away on this homestand. Otherwise my 19-10, 13-5 might have happened..not giving up on it yet but it will be tough. Maybe the Saints will play better on the road..
