The 20th spin about Iona's season is in hoops weiss's column today. Who are the top 7 players they keep talking about? The 4 graduated players from last year's team, and ? Kenny Jackson 2.8ppg (last year)who flunked out.Gary Springer 4.6ppg (last year)knee injury.The juco guard who was shooting 20% from the field with 5 to's a game when he hurt his foot. Dexter Gray who played 4 games before they had to shut down his stellar career because of grades. If IC had all these players avalible would there record be much better? IC's SID should be working for Bush on spinning the war,he's one talented guy!

Iona is getting more publicity than any other MAAC school.

Perhaps more publicity than all other MAAC schools combined.

Iona will be 4 –15 next year at this time and the delusional Iona fan base will be calling for Ruland’s head. Sorry to say, very little talent in the Iona program. This years recruiting class is a bust. Tough times ahead for Iona
