My brother has been suffering of this for a long time now, but we live in Laredo Texas and no one wants to take him in. His right leg gets so bloated that is also feels that it's going to pop. Supposedly he is also retaining water that causes the leg to bloat, now we are afraid that it is transfering to his other leg. I'm scared for his life for I have lost so many people in my life already. Please help me if you can in telling me where they can treat this problem. But I feel the need to say that we are a Mexican AMerican family with very little income for my mom and brother can not work because of disability and I right now I'm looking for a job. I'm a criminal justice major in community college so that I don't move too far away from my family. I have a niece my sister left my mother when she passed away, okay getting too much into detail.But I would appreciate your advice on where my brother can go to have specialist looked at his legs. Here its all about money we don't have but he does have Medicaid. THANK YOU
