Has Warren "Barnyard Animal" Shaw no shame whatsoever?
First he "retires" from the Dracut Board of Selectmen in '02, but not before he enrolls himself and his convicted drug dealer of a son, Mark, on the Town employees' family health insurance plan claiming that he "earned it" after all the years of hard work and dedication in elected public office.
Can someone please explain to me how the heck a person can "retire" and then receive subsequent pay and fringe benefits from a voluntary elected public office?
Then he goes on his weekly radio show and "guarantees" to the residents of Dracut that the court will surely throw out Ernie Gauthier's wrongful termination lawsuit against the Town because it was, according to Mr. Shaw, "frivolous". In the backrooms of Dracut politics, however, Warren convinced a majority of his former Selectmen colleagues to vote and give him "financial indemnity" stemming from any lawsuits in the Gauthier case.
Nothing like practicing what you preach on the radio, eh Warren? If this lawsuit was so "frivolous" Mr. Shaw, why the heck did the Town of Dracut pay Ernie Gauthier anything in an "out of court settlement"????
Is it any wonder why Warren's radio station is doing so crappy in the Arbitron ratings every quarter? Seems like they're lacking a wee bit in the credibility department.
