Don't the Good Old Boys like to say, keep hiring local yokels over the most qualified for top administrative positions in town?
Well, now we've got local boy, Spencer Mullin running our School Department; and next-town-over girl Mary Karabatsos running our Housing Authority -- how successful have either one of those brilliant experiments been?
If Mullin's heart isn't into his job, if he doesn't feel he needs to respond to taxpayers' and School Committee members' school-related questions, if he doesn't really want to attend (and possibly speak) at school-related functions such as retirements and pep rallies -- perhaps the School Committee would be well-served just to fire Mullin's fat ass rather than give him a bad evaluation and then replace him with somebody who actually gives a BLEEP.
I can hardly wait to hear Mullin's reaction to his piss-poor evaluation.
