 I have know about him doing that for the past 5 years he is just dumping fill to put back what the river washed away,Its not legal at all, but he is trying to keep his building from falling in the river. He has got away with it till now and no one new the difference. I dont see the problem with it as long as its clean. Now he will have the EPA all over him for sure with these post. NOT GOOD in these times they will probly shut him down and make him clean it all out..NICE JOB DRACUT MAN
