Well what he did wrong was fire his head tech for no reason. and hire two tards who are not capable of doing an oil change without screwing that up! There is a old saying all you need is one guy who knows what he is doing and a couple tards to follow. Over there he got rid of the ONLY guy who knew what he was doing. Paul is a washed up old tech the only thing he can do himself is adjust the points on a jeep. After that he is clueless. Beware he goes to all the classes and talks a good battle but when it come time to get the job done he is lost.
