 It was a total stranger that dumped there and used pauls bobcat to push it in the river. He looked like paul to I wonder who it could be ????? MAYBE the guy next door who lost half his yard to pauls new side driveway...Poor guy took off somewere for a few weeks came home and the fence was pusher over 25 feet... Do you think PAUL has a permit for the fence? WE will have to call Mr inspector and find out...
