 There is no one down their to assist with the camera's or other technical responsibilities. Is David payed to sit their on occasions when he is their or just what are his duties? Are these procedures incompliance with other cities and towns?? Or does Dracut just "wing it" in private??
Is d.a.t.v. expedicures on wed sit, so ALL DRACUT rate payers can see where the money go's???? Come on D.A.T.V. lets promote FULL PUBLIC ACCESS!!!!!!!
