Our two selectman are both supportinggiving Lowell developer and Lowell city politician Alan Kasajian a million + tax dollars for for worthless swamp land! Even thou both these idiots know it is way way over priced. We currently have a real estate crisis not seen this bad in decades and it's getting worse every day!!
And how does our Dracut elected officials react to this emergency???? They attempt to wink and nod to out of town developer who happened to lose no bid towing contract in Lowell when Bob Cox's brother was fired as Lowell Manager!
This developer who again is a private business/public associate of Bob Cox and his brother. Both John Ziminnie and Bob Cox have strong connections with this developer thru fired City manager John Cox.
The rumor is that Alan Kasajian wanted to dump this swamp land for a over priced amount to Town of Dracut he needed at least three Dracut selectman to move forward. Using former Dracut selectman Warren "barn yard animal "Shaw who recommened placing this swamp land on fall ballot with "over ride" of special money budget proposal. Now money was passed around bag man was/is John Cox,he recieved "consulting fee" from his business partner and lowell politician Alan,for gauranteeing him three votes.
George milaarous,John Ziminnie and Bob Cox.
However he did not think he needed Joe "don't know"Racoon and Jimmy O'. He was right about Joe but very very wrong about Jimmy O'.
Now the real issue now is not this swamp land as much as J.Ziminnie's and Bobby Cox'x chances for reelection!
These two bagman for Lowell developer are in trouble to say the least. Dracut taxpayers are up in arms on this troubled
swamp land purchase. After passing town meeting,it was found out that state laws where being broken,with price.
Did this issue die? No it was than being negotiated in private conversations between John Ziminnie and Lowell developer!!!!!!!!! Not dracut town attorney!!!!! Who is paid well over 100 thousand dollars but in PRIVATE with a Dracut Selectman with no professional experience in private/public land deals!!!!!!!!!!
This crooked elected officials should have been reported to Massachusetts ethics commision for improper mettings on taxpayer funded potential project. His private dealings should disqualify him from any vote on this matter! as a elected official he engaged in private negotiations with out notifing Town manager,town counsil and fellow board members,this is a clear violation of State law!!!! Why hasn't town counsel mentioned this illagal act??????
