It is about time the DPD be held accountable. These officers are given paid time off, how they use it is not up for debate. If the officer needs a personal day due to whatever issue they have it doesn't warrent explaination. Dave is nothing but a bully and I certainly would not shair any personal issues I might be experiencing with him. He loves to make small talk at others downfalls.
