Deeb, or Colleen Garry if THEY were married or had any kids in our school system?" on 21:06 01/06/09 Tue As I recall, Ms. Balkas & Mr. Deeb were both educators with masters degrees. I thought Ms. Balkas was a single mother because she always had a child with her, but not sure. Ms. Garry comes from a family of educators and is an attorney. don't know about Blatus. This new name I know nothing about. I would though like to know someone's background when they want to be in the schools and make policies for kids.
