Subject: Becoming a stuntman

Hi im 16 and from England and i have wanted to become a stuntman for as long as i can remember and all i know is that you have to join something called Equity and have to major in a particular thing, be it motorbikes or snowboarding etc,and does anyone know how to join Equity or know any information that could help me.
