Subject: R.I.P. Fat Boy

The last of my original males passed away today. He outlived
four females. I just took pictures of him about a week ago
because he was looking so old and gray. He did manage to
sire one last litter that is about 1 1/2 week old. I got him
as an adult in 1993. I'd be afraid to guess how many babies
he sired. One female had four twice a year for ten plus years.
I thought I was gonna lose him back in March already but he
kind of snapped back for a bit.
At some time early on he must have upset one of the girls.
He had a hole bit through one ear and it looked pierced.
He was always the first to the food bowl when they got fed
day or night....
