Bone thinning and bone injuries are quite possible with
MBD. The vet was right in limiting movement, something I
forgot to mention. Sounds like you found a good vet.
I really don't know how to start an older squirrel eating
greens. I start feeding them during weaning to solid food.
You might try doctoring them with peanut butter or some
other food she likes real well.
I'm surprised a cataracts at that age. Mine didn't get
them till over 10 years of age at the earliest. Maybe
the vitamins will help that, too.
It will take a little time but you will notice a difference
in her mobility.
