Subject: Emergency help needed!

Ok, a lady who is a friend of a friend found out I had some flyers...
She just gave me (this morning) a young male flyer her son has tried to raise and I think he has MBD because of lack of calcium.
He is dragging his back legs a bit and seems a little lethargic. I have tried to feed him, but he isn't too interested although he did try a mealworm (I dusted with calcium powder.)
I was planning on getting some yogurt and try some other calcium rich items but I need some help. What is the best way to try and help this guy?

My vet friend is out of town until the end of next week and I worry about taking him to another vet since NC isn't flyer friendly.
