ok you know that green grass drink that coffeehouses sell and is so nasty that no one bothers to mix it with things, they just take shots of it.

that is wheatgrass. not sure what species. but anyway. I bought a flat for goofus pancake because in the winter i can not hang foliage in his cage. i figured this might be something for him to eat or tear apart. He at first didn't touch it but when i am present he feels safe to venture to the bottom of his cage and he eats the stuff. or at least plays in it. a little anyways. It is really good for him to, if he really is eating it and not just attacking it.

a flat costs $0.99 to $1.99. I water it and put it by the window during the day and it all grows back.
