Tiffany,
I had a third grade teacher who had just taken a class on dyslexia. She told my parents that she thought I was dyslexic. There was not much information on it back then.
Before I went to college, I was officially tested at the
University of Buffalo. It was confirmed then that I was dyslexic. Not only was I dyslexic, but, I also had a hearing problem. Some letters I just don't hear. It helped me to understand why everyday was such a struggle. In all the jobs I've had over the years, I have never spoken up in an interview and said I was dyslexic. I would be careful about that. Once you are established in your work and feel comfortable with the other employees, then I think it is appropriate to mention you are dyslexic. You are not sure you are dyslexic so I definitely would not bring it up in an interview.
