You should check out Dragon Naturally Speaking from Nuance. it's software that comes with a headset. You speak into the headset and the words appear on the document. It's great for creating documents - it can also read them back to you. www.nuance.com $200 US

Scottish Rite Center> They are built direclty for people with dyslexia. As far as getting tested is this to enter school? The actual test here in Texas costs 1200.00 This is a steep price if you are not planning to go to school. Good luck on your ventures, hope you find this helpful.
